What development level/and or league do you recommend to prospective college players?
Boarding schools out East or Senior AAA hockey. In midwest ODP.

What qualities do you look for in prospects during the recruiting process?
Hard workers, kids who are committed to what they are doing, smart players, playmakers as well as scorers. Kids who are responsive to our mail and phone calls. Must be a good person as well as hockey player.

What advice can you offer high school age hockey players that aspire to play at the college level?

• academics come first then hockey
• get involved in weight training program and off ice conditioning program
• make sure you explore all of your options for college before making a decision
• start exploring colleges no later than junior year of high school

What is the minimum SAT score and grade % a prospective player would need to attain in order to gain admission into your college?
1200 SAT, B+ 85% average (US)
