What development level/and or league do you recommend to prospective college players?
The best possible place to get good coaching and plenty of practice. A place that can assist you in the college process is always helpful.

What qualities do you look for in prospects during the recruiting process?

A solid academic background.
Good speed and hands.
Ability to see ice surface well.
Makes teammates better.
Discipline, desire & dedication.

What advice can you offer high school age hockey players that aspire to play at the college level?
Take care of the classroom first.
Market yourself to colleges as early as possible.
Get experience in the weight room.
Work on the basic fundamental skills

What is the minimum SAT score and grade % a prospective player would need to attain in order to gain admission into your college?

1100 SAT, 24 ACT and 85% Canadian Average would make a player a solid candidate for Colgate.
